This new addition to the culinary choices of downtown Waterville, Maine features the cuisine of Thailand, Korea, Vietnam and Japan. Thisakorn Allen moved to the Waterville area after running a five star restaurant in Brunswick named the Asian Grill. One Portland food critic who gave her the five star rating called it one of Maine's culinary gems.
